Raisner Roupinian LLP filed a class action suit on October 30, 2020, against Modell’s Sporting Goods, Inc., seeking to recover 60 days wages and benefits for former employees under the federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (“WARN”) Act and the New York WARN Act (the “WARN Acts”). The case is pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
