On May 15, 2019, Outten & Golden filed a class action suit against Wood-Mode, Inc. ("Wood-Mode") seeking to recover 60 days wages and benefits for former employees under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification ("WARN") Act. We contend Wood-Mode ordered a mass layoff on or about May 13, 2019, without providing its employees with advance written notice. The case is pending in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
