On November 23, 2016, Raisner Roupinian LLP filed suit against Kohlberg Ventures, LLC ("Kohlberg Ventures") in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California seeking to recover 60 days wages and benefits for former employees of ClearEdge Power under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification ("WARN") Act. We contend Kohlberg Ventures ordered mass layoffs on or about April 25, 2014, without providing its employees with advance written notice. The case is pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
