Raisner Roupinian LLP filed a class action suit against Art Van Furniture, LLC and its affiliated entities on March 23, 2020, seeking to recover 60 days wages and benefits for former employees terminated on or about March 20, 2020 in violation of the federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act (the “WARN Act”). The case is pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
