AMY BIEGELSEN is an associate at Outten & Golden LLP and is a member of the Whistleblower and Retaliation practice group. She represents employees in class and individual litigation and negotiation in all areas of employment law. Ms. Biegelsen earned her B.A. from the University of Chicago, and her J.D., magna cum laude and Mussey Prize recipient, from American University Washington College of Law. Between college and law school Ms. Biegelsen worked as a journalist, gaining national recognition for her work as a two-time finalist for the Livingston Prize. While attending law school in the evenings, Ms. Biegelsen worked for The Employment Law Group, a boutique law firm specializing in plaintiff-side employment matters, and worked as a Law Clerk for Outten & Golden LLP.
