Cara B. Chomski is an associate at Outten & Golden LLP and is a member of the firm’s Class Action Practice Group.  Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Ms. Chomski worked as an associate at Liddle & Robinson, L.L.P., where she represented plaintiffs in a variety of employment matters.  She received her undergraduate degree from Carleton College in 2006 and her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 2013.  While in law school, Ms. Chomski was a member of the Employment Discrimination Project at the Edwin F. Mandel Legal Aid Clinic, the Topic Access Editor and Comment Editor of the University of Chicago Legal Forum, and was Co-Chair of the Public Interest Law Society.  Her comment, “Campbell’s Soup: Due Process Concerns in Applying the Federal Anti-Bribery Statute to Non-Citizen Government Contractors Overseas,” was published by The Legal Forum in 2012.  Prior to attending law school, Ms. Chomski worked as an AmeriCorps VISTA Volunteer with the Miami-Dade Drug Court and as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer in Botswana.

Ms. Chomski is admitted to practice in Illinois and admission is pending in New York.
